Numbers are estimates from typical kopitiam recipes and vary by stall. The Nutri-Grade shown is an estimate based on Singapore's A–D sugar & saturated-fat bands, not an official label.

About Kopi/Teh Sugar Builder

A cup of kopi or teh from the kopitiam can hide four to eight teaspoons of sugar, and the way you order it — kosong, siu dai, gah dai, C or O — changes that number a lot. Yet the answer usually lives in scattered blog posts and PDF nutrition panels, never in a tool you can actually configure. This builder lets you assemble your drink the way you say it and see the sugar instantly.

Pick a base drink, choose the milk style (sweetened condensed, evaporated "C", or none "O"), set the sweetness level, and choose a size. You get the total sugar in grams and teaspoons, the saturated fat, the estimated Singapore Nutri-Grade (A–D), and — most usefully — how much sugar you save versus the regular order. Ordering siu dai instead of regular, or switching to C, is a concrete number rather than a guess.

The grading reuses the same A–D sugar and saturated-fat bands as Singapore’s Nutri-Grade scheme. All numbers are approximate — hawker recipes vary from stall to stall — so the grade is shown as an estimate, not an official label. Everything runs in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
